Setting Up Your Australian Turtle Is Easy

With a Ready To Go Package

To ensure that choosing your Australian turtle is easy we have basic and deluxe packages for sale which include everything you need to get started.  Sizes available are: 2ft, 3ft and 4ft aquariums and include pine stands.

Turtle packages are available for delivery.  Please enquire instore.

An adult Short Neck Turtle will require a 4ft (120cm) Aquarium, as turtles grow as big as 30cm! Or the size of a dinner plate. The smaller tanks are more than suitable for babies; however, they will eventually outgrow them and need to be upgraded.

 Having two turtles in the same tank is fine and when growing up together as babies, the higher the likelihood they will get along. With two turtles, be aware they will need to be upgraded from their tanks much sooner, so if you are thinking of this, consider a larger tank to begin with as they live to approximately 30 years old.
